You’d love to feel more relaxed, more focused, and live a life that feels organized, calm, and truly intentional.

This is what I do best. Since 2017, I’ve helped hundreds of women move from overwhelm to calm, guiding them toward a more balanced and intentional life. I’ve developed simple, practical strategies that reduce stress, bring clarity, and create lasting change—no matter how busy life feels.

 ABOUT ME

For years, I lived life on overdrive.

I was the classic Type A overachiever—juggling a demanding corporate career, raising two young kids, keeping a picture-perfect home, and trying to be everything to everyone. My to-do list was never-ending, and I felt like I was constantly running on empty.

Then, one ordinary night while folding laundry and listening to a podcast, I heard a life coach talking about her work. Something clicked. I knew in my bones that this was what I was meant to do. Within 24 hours, I signed up for life coach training under Martha Beck, a Harvard PhD and Oprah magazine columnist. It was a big leap, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that this was my path.

The leap wasn’t easy, I was getting divorced while starting a business and trying to re-stabilize my whole life. I tried every self-help thing I could find - meditation, prayer, yoga, therapy, and coaching. They all worked, but coaching was the one I loved the most. Since 2017, I’ve built a life and business centered around calm, intention, and authenticity. I’ve helped hundreds of women move from overwhelm to clarity, guiding them toward a more balanced and intentional life. I’ve developed simple, practical strategies that reduce stress, bring clarity, and create lasting change—no matter how busy life feels.

I’m the host of Overwhelmed Working Woman, a top 2% global podcast, another part of my job that I love. I share practical tools and strategies to help high achievers find balanced success at work and at home—without guilt. Before coaching, I spent 20+ years in Corporate America helping businesses simplify, streamline, and scale. I loved that work, but I wanted to help people—not just businesses—create meaningful change.

When I’m not coaching, here’s a little more about me:

  • I’m a single mom to my (mostly) awesome teenagers and a dog mom to Pippi. My kids are both adopted 💗.

  • I’m an optimist to my core—seeing the bright side is my superpower.

  • I love an adventure. I took my kids to Europe solo and have visited all 50 states.

  • I’m a firm believer in “less is more”—in business and in life.

  • My favorite things include naps, lifting weights, self-help books, oat milk lattes, efficiency, and colorful decor.
