Why I always got in trouble at school
When I was in 2nd grade, my teacher Mrs. Nierenhausen didn’t seem to appreciate my innate ability to connect with others. I spent a lot of time writing

25 times in a row. Often several times a day. Sometimes on the chalkboard and sometimes on a piece of paper.
Guess what? I still talked in class. It didn’t work because I had no desire to change my behavior and I didn’t mean what I was writing.
I was reminded of this memory as I was writing out my intentional thoughts this morning. Often, I write them multiple times.
I’m enough.
I’m enough.
I’m enough.
It’s working flawlessly, magically and without exception.

I am loving and I am loved.
I am loving and I am loved.
I am loving and I am loved.
Writing out these mantras multiple times DOES help. I believe them, and thinking and writing them makes me feel strong and certain, which is a great way to start the day.
