Why Moms want to run away from home

The other day my daughter announced that she was going to run away. She wasn’t upset or in trouble, she just “always thought it sounded like fun”.

She packed her phone, her airpods, several snacks, blankets and pillows  and “ran away” right outside the kitchen window so that she could still see me and not be scared.

This is not the kind of running away moms think about. When Moms want to run away they say things like:

“I just want to run away and start fresh so I’m not so behind and overwhelmed all of the time.”

Or

“I just want the world to be on pause so that I can catch up”

We are so overwhelmed that we don’t even know where to start.

But, good news! You don’t have to run away. You don’t have to pause the world. You just have to learn to follow my 3 step calm process and you can create your own calm life, right where you are.

I’m teaching a class on how to do that. You’ll learn the exact steps to take to create a calmer, less stressful life. It’s free. Register here.

PS If you DO run away, run to my kitchen window. I'll help you out.
