More money, more free time, less stress

My client Julia left her stable, draining “day job” because she wanted to become a real estate investor.

When we first started coaching, her goals were: have a job she loved, spend more time with her kids, have a flexible schedule, and to make time for herself - all while having fun and making lots of money.

Julia’s brain told her this was impossible. Together, we discovered that she had a long held belief that there’s never enough money to go around, and that money causes problems in relationships.

Over time, Julia worked on changing her thoughts to reflect her new beliefs. Her new beliefs are:

💸There’s always enough money to go around.

💸Money adds value to my life.

💸Money is always here for me.

Just changing her thoughts was huge, but Julia also had to “walk the walk."

We worked on creating habits to support the lifestyle Julia wanted to create.

⭐A morning routine to set the tone for the day.

⭐A flexible schedule, but with set rhythms and daily goals so that she can stay on track.

⭐Setting and sticking to boundaries. For example, she rarely checks work emails on the evenings or weekend anymore. She spends time with her kids every morning even on work days. She picks up her son from pre-school. She has scheduled babysitters and date nights with her husband.

⭐Julia now speaks kindly to herself. She takes care of her body with nightly jogs.

It worked! After 6 months working as a real estate investor, she's already earned as much as she made at her full time "day job" - but she only works 3 days a week. And she's just getting started!
