I’m amazed how much my life has changed in the past 5 years.

AND how *grateful* I feel to have a balanced life where I own a successful business helping other women AND feel connected with my kids. 🙏

When I was an overwhelmed- corporate- job-mom, I was a ball of stress and overwhelm. There were times I’d just lie on my office floor and stare at the ceiling, wondering how I could get out of this mess.

Having a calm, balanced life felt a million miles away. I had no idea where to even START.

How could I possibly go from busy, traveling, corporate maniac to a calm, peaceful, successful life coach?!

I thought I had to be more perfect and work even harder, but that wasn’t the answer.
