Simple Sunday - February 2

Welcome to the very first Simple Sunday—designed to help you start your week with simplicity and intention. I have a hunch that you'd like more ease and less overwhelm in your life, and that’s why I created this. Every other Sunday, you’ll receive a simple dose of inspiration, practical tips, and a little fun to start your week. Let’s clear the clutter (in our minds and on our to-do lists) and make space for what truly matters.

Imagine a week where you could have:

✨ Time for yourself – Sitting in your favorite chair with a warm cup of coffee before the rest of the house wakes up, just breathing and being still.

💬 Meaningful connections – Putting your phone down during dinner and really listening as your child tells you a long, winding story about their day.

🚫 The freedom to do less – Instead of saying yes to another obligation out of guilt, pausing and asking yourself, “Does this align with the life I want to create?”—and then confidently saying no.

☀️ Joy in small moments – Catching a glimpse of the sunrise through your window, realizing how beautiful it is, and taking an extra moment to enjoy it.

💡 Energy for what you love – Finally trying that hot yoga class, experimenting with a new recipe, or taking a family walk after dinner.

I’m a single mom who has learned—through trial and error—how to balance work, family, and my own well-being. Not perfectly, but intentionally. I know firsthand that life feels better when we stop trying to do it all and instead focus on what truly matters. Simple Sunday is here to help you do the same.

We’ve finally turned the calendar page to February! I don’t know about you, but January felt like a lonnnng month over here. If you’re still feeling like you can’t quite catch up or get into the groove of the new year, you’re not alone.

This week, let go of the expectation that you should feel motivated all the time. The truth is, sometimes you just have to take action even when you don’t feel like it.

In this quick 6-minute podcast episode, you’ll learn how to separate your actions from your emotions—so you can keep moving forward, no motivation required.

This Tuesday, my group coaching program, Your Best Year Gold, is hosting a Vision Board Workshop—because setting goals is just the beginning, but staying focused on them all year long is where the magic happens.

Want to join? Your Best Year Gold offers monthly group coaching and an online support community to help you create clarity, focus, and consistency in your life.

Let’s talk about how it can support you! Schedule a time to chat with me here. But act fast, so you can sign up before Tuesday!
