Review: 2020 Passion Planner
The Passion Planner is my hands down fave. I have used one for 4 years in a row. I’ve bought and even tried to use other planners, but I always come back to my true love.
My only negative in last year’s review of the Passion Planner was that the design was blah. But, imagine how happy I was when I saw there is now a blush pink version. YAY!
This is the perfect planner if you want more than a calendar. It helps you dream up big ideas and implement them without being overly detailed.
I reviewed the dated yearly planner which I purchased from passionplanner.com for $35.

(If you have not taken my quiz to find out your Planning Personality, take 1 minute and do it now!)
Goals: It is a highly functional planning calendar with monthly and weekly spreads. But that’s not all, it has goal planning for this year, 3 years, and lifetime. You then transfer goal steps to monthly, weekly, and even daily goals in order to accomplish it.
Extras: It has so many useful little extras - for example each weekly spread has an inspiring quote. They often seem like they were written for me exactly when I needed it. It also has a space to jot down “good things that happened” so gratitude is always at the forefront of your mind. This new version also includes a folder in the back for holding papers or receipts.
Design: I love the size (roughly 8 x 11). Each page has plenty of space to write in. I love the new brilliant blush color. The design is very streamlined, leaving a lot of white space and even sections titled “space of infinite possibility”
Monthly Review: This is the best feature of the Passion Planner!
Taking the time to do a monthly review is a major game changer. It helps you see if the way you spent your time aligned with your priorities. It helps you remember your wins, who and what you are grateful for, and what you can do differently the next month.
1. Yearly - There is not one page that shows the entire year’s calendar together. It’s by month.
2. Monthly - The months don’t have tabs so you have to flip through the planner to find them. It does have a ribbon bookmark to keep your place in one spot. I purchased and added monthly tabs for easy flipping.
3. Daily - If you are a person who wants a ton of room for each day, this isn’t the planner for you. This gives plenty of space to add your schedule for the day, but the to do list for work and personal is by week vs. day.
