In the workshop, you’ll learn a simple 4 step process for creating boundaries.
1️⃣Get clear on the boundaries you have (or don’t) today. I’ll help you clarify what is already working (it’s more than you think!) and see the trends in the good habits you already have.
2️⃣Identify exactly what needs to change. For example, do you want to work less? Spend more time with your spouse? Have some alone time?
3️⃣Create an action plan for your new boundaries. We’ll focus on what to think as much as what to do.
4️⃣Execute and evaluate: You’ll start by implementing one small boundary for 30 days. Next, you evaluate if it’s working. If it’s working, add the next small boundary. Repeat until you have a clear set of boundaries.
