Morning Routine

My life today looks wayyyyy different than it looked five years ago. Five years ago, every aspect of my life stressed me out. I worked in a high pressure corporate job. I did everything I was “supposed to”  - volunteering at my kids school, exercising, maintaining friendships, managing a big house, keeping up with the Joneses. My kids felt the stress and frenzy of our life. It took a toll on all of us.  

Today my kids are relaxed and happy in the cozy, colorful house we live in. I created a business from scratch where I get to help people change their lives every day. My life is full of things I choose to spend my time on. It feels GOOD. 

 Changing your life can be quite an undertaking. When I look back on both my journey, and my clients’ journeys, the number one thing that makes change possible is . . . THOUGHTS.  

Whether you have a small goal like working an hour less a day, or a huge goal like quitting your job and starting a new career, the best place to start is right there in your own brain. If you start off the day by checking your thoughts and choosing the mantra you’ll think that day, you are taking an important, powerful step in the right direction. Over time, a simple morning routine can change your life.  

I’ve created this video to tell you exactly how. It's fun, easy and efficient. Ten minutes or less and you’ll be set for the day.
