Coach Math
In group coaching, you learn all of the tools you need to solve any problem. You’ll also learn when to apply them. This means that even after coaching is over, you’ll be able to solve whatever comes up in your life.
Problem: A smart, talented woman hates her job because her boss never acknowledges the awesome work she does. She thinks about this all of the time, even when she’s at home and not working.
Solution:
Focus only on what’s in your control (your thoughts and actions, not other people’s)
âž•
Adjust your expectations (my boss is never going to give me a compliment)
âž•
Change your thoughts (“I am great at my job and I don’t need anyone else to tell me that.”)

“I don’t hate my job anymore, I’m actually pretty happy here” which leads to a better mood at home, too.
Problem: A hardworking exec who has worked her way to the top feels overwhelmed and on the verge of tears every day. She feels she can never do enough for her family, or her work, let alone herself.
Solution:
Focus only on what’s in your control (your thoughts and actions, not other people’s)
âž•
Set a boundary about your work hours (no replying to emails after 5 or on vacation)
âž–
People pleasing (“I’m going to do what’s best for ME.”)
âž•
Better self care (finally making time for that yoga class)
đźź°
“I can actually enjoy weekends with family without thinking about work” which leads to more energy throughout the week.
No matter the problem you’re trying to solve, we can create the perfect equation to solve it in group coaching. Join The Good Life here!
PS This is the only time I’ve ever been excited to do math. 🧮
