Countdown to 2021: Part 3
When in 2020 did you feel like your most authentic self? What were you doing? How did you feel?
Here are some of my “out of whack/what is happening” moments vs. my “totally myself” moments.
⛔Getting the dog off the roof = what the hell is happening, did i really say my kid could go on the roof with the dog, I’ve hit quarantine delirium moment. (No children or animals were harmed in this moment 😅)
💚Coaching my clients = fully myself, intently listening, grounded, in my element.
⛔Distance learning with my kids = God bless all the teachers everywhere, I have no idea what I’m doing, does she have this attitude at school, I sure hope not.
💚Being with my people = I can just be me, my family is everything, I have the best friends in the world, I am so loved.
