If you really love me, empty my dishwasher

My kids and I recently moved to a new house and I was absolutely overwhelmed with the whole experience, in a good way. Well, I was overwhelmed in the bad way too at times (!!), but mostly I was overwhelmed with the love and support I felt from so many people. My brother and dad renovated the house. My sister & brother-in-law put together kitchen cabinets and hung new lights . . .

Need a getaway?

This summer, based on some inspiration from my friend and fellow Life Coach Colleen O’Connor, I took a trip all by myself. It was an amazing experience! I asked Colleen to write a guest post today about solo travel for women in hopes she can inspire you, too. Thanks, Colleen, for sharing with us today!

Outsource It, Baby!

I once got some very wise advice from a female executive in my former corporate world, and I never forgot it. With regards to how to do it all, she simply advised "outsource that which is not memorable." This made so much sense to me as a busy working Mom. They'd ask "how's work?" and I'd say good and then it was back to discussing diaper brands and sleep routines. My friends were not unkind, in fact they were super supportive and encouraging, it was more that I felt I didn't fit in.

You Flow, Girl

And by "flow" I mean when someone is just in their zone, sharing all of their natural gifts. They are passionate and yet it seems effortless. Their magic flows out of them easily. When people are in flow, others are just naturally attracted to what they are offering.
